Vital part of the system is a conveyor belt - the transfer system. The transfer system is the link between all the other modules. Different motor types are available as driving units which can be exchanged at any time.
High flexibility is achieved by the manifold possibilities to combine the modules. This makes it possible to use one and the same system throughout the complete education period bringing about advantages not only with regard to the purchase cost, but also with regard to the didactic concept.
The Mechatronic System only incorporates parts and components from reputable manufacturers. The aluminium profiles are treated and joined in a professional manner to avoid any dangerous edges. These high-quality attributes combined with a long service life and durability distinguish the Mechatronic System. The Mechatronic System allows simulating complex industrial production systems. The individual components are combined step by step to form a complete system. The complexity level can hereby be adapted to the knowledge of the trainee. The system has been designed to "copy" all areas of industrial automation and is continuously extended by further development.

With its modular structure the system can constantly be adapted to the latest technologies ensuring long-term usability.

Applications:

The Mechatronic System can be used in the following areas:

  • Automation Technology
  • Drive Technology
  • Sensor Technology
  • Safety Technology
  • Bus systems

Target: To extend and apply already acquired fundamental learning with new complex subjects.

Special features:

The Mechatronic System only incorporates parts and components from reputable manufacturers. The aluminium profiles are treated and joined in a professional manner to avoid any dangerous edges. These high-quality attributes combined with a long service life and durability distinguish the Mechatronic System. The Mechatronic System allows to simulate complex industrial production systems. The individual components are combined step by step to form a complete system. The complexity level can hereby be adapted to the knowledge of the trainee. The system has been designed to "copy" all areas of industrial automation and is continuously extended by further development.

The modular structure of the Mechatronic System guarantees optimal success in learning by repetition of already acquired knowledge. The combination of mechanics, automation, drive technology, sensor technology, safety technology etc. in one system produces high flexibility in training. Moreover, the system can continuously be adapted to meet the requirements of practice. This guarantees practice-oriented training.
