  • Principles of electric engineering
  • Setup and commissioning of a lighting system

Fundamentals 2:

  • Setup and commissioning of cross and two-way connections
  • Structure of a meter cabinet and a subdistribution system
  • Inspection according to standards (DIN, VDE ...)

Fundamentals 3:

  • Setting up and commissioning contactor controls
  • Selecting and adjusting sensors
  • Programming simple controls and PLCs

Fundamentals 4:

  • Design of a hardware configuration
  • Setting up, commissioning and expanding networks
  • Integrating network printer and Ethernet interface
  • Use of optical fibres

Applications:

The training systems for the fundamentals of electrical engineering are designed for hands-on experimenting by students in any field of electrical engineering, from craftsman to technician.

Special features:

The training systems for the fundamentals of electrical engineering are based on a project-oriented concept. A training situation is created by a fictional customer enquiry. Emphasis is laid on a consistent business process. Training situation, technical equipment and accompanying documentation (teachware) are coordinated.
Optimum results are achieved by combining the training systems with a modern learning island (see illustration on the right). The variable arrangement of the trapeziform tables allows a flexible room design.

Further advantages are:

  • All the components can be stored on small space.
  • There is room on the table for manuals, plans, measuring instruments etc.
  • Excellent reachability of the training systems
  • Short setup times
  • Perfect structure for projects
  • Deposit facilities for operating elements and tools close to the systems
  • Modern didactic concept
  • Extremely flexible due to mobile training stations
